A webcomic by Chris Hazelton, Misfile (first page) is the story of “a girl who was a boy, a Harvard-bound genius missing two years of her life, and the pot headed angel who did it to them” via a Celestial filing accident. In the small hillside town of Tempest, Massachusetts, Boy racer Ash was turned into a girl, studious Emily had the past two years of her life erased—including her admission to Harvard—and angelic loser Rumisiel was exiled to Earth for his incompetence. Fortunately, due to a side effect of the accident, only these three remember the universe-as-it-was. Lucky, because Rumisiel fears his superiors would likely ‘correct’ the misfile by making it permanent.

I like this comic - misfile - it is a very all over the place story going from comedy to serious drama to action to world altering acts of angels while staying consistent with the story…The relationship between Ash and his mother is one of the most interesting things about what the premise. He never had a relationship with his mother but the misfile changed girl-ash’s* actions in the past allowing him to have a relationship with his mother here.

The comic has been running a long time but it has been said that the in character timeline for the story is 2 years. Over the eight years (and sixteen volumes) it has currently been running - it has gone over 9 months. (Like it says in this comic is approaching Christmas - and the time it started was in March (but not explicitly stated.)

*Girl-ash is the best way to name for what this alternate version of ash was - since the character has all his memories from before the misfile. I am still confused if he has both in some situations or not.

I always liked the relationship between Chick-Boy and Freddy because not only was Chick-Boy’s conflict between his faith and his heart such a rich source of comedy but it’s also a very touching example of human frailty.

I would usually put pictures of this character into NSFW - but this has absolutely nothing objectionable about this image. Uncle Ghastly made Ghastly’s Ghastly comic between 2000-2008 a comic about “Tentacle monsters and the women who love them.”

It was literally the Oglaf of its time. Porn comic with actual jokes and characters. Freddy started off as James from Ghastly’s pokémon hentai site - and Chick-Boy starts of here. Eventually the characters met (Click next until new characters appear.) and because Jesus is a character. (3 characters technically, Drunk and Bitter Jesus, Arian Jesus and Jihad Jesus.) He appears to give advice.

I just love this last panel - A Crossover/dream sequence of Closetspace and Venus Envy. (Warning: Don’t read Venus envy unless you want to be left on a cliffhanger.) Both are very good comics if very slow - webcomic time wise. Both are webcomic which deal with transgender issues.

Venus envy starting out as a gag comic before the storyline of Zoe starts up…things get very dark towards the end. Closet space on the other end seems to fluxuate between insanity and depressing.
