I played the Binding of Isaac… I’m not entirely sure exactly what the final boss is like, but I suppose its Isaac’s crazy Christian zealous infanticidal mother! But I think the Mane 6 can handle themselves! It isn’t the final boss - it is the last one you defeated. In my last playthrough with Isaac it is Peep. (then got killed by bomb fly.)
